Refund
in Case of Cancellation

In
the event that cancelling of registration is necessary,
please notify secretariat in writing or fax. The policy
is as follows:

received before November 10, 2006: 80% refund.

Cancellation
received after November 10, 2006: no refund.

All refund will be made after the TCD2006
conference.

have blocked some rooms at the following hotels, Howard
Plaza Hotel (5 star), Pacific Leader Hotel (4 star),
Howard International House (3 star), and Academia
Activities Center inside the main campus of Academia
Sinica (regular; for students) at a special discount
rate for participants who arrive in Taiwan before
Dec. 10 or those who are departing after Dec. 15.
Please note that conference shuttle buses will be
made available only at these hotels or lodging locations.
