Introduction to Our Lab

Our laboratory has unique experience in building femtosecond frequency combs, enhanced by Taiwanese electronics and electro-optics industry. The group members have various backgrounds in electrical and mechanical engineering, physics and computer science, which helps us create advanced experiments in high precision spectroscopy and quantum control.
A few of our current research projects:

• Femtosecond optical frequency comb, continuum generation
• Compact cesium two-photon frequency standards
• Investigation into wall-effect in vapor cells
• Coherent population trapping with frequency comb in buffer cell and in magneto-optical trap
