The institute is located inside the main campus of National Taiwan University in south Taipei, right by the east side of the campus post office. National Taiwan University has two main gates. One on the Roosevelt Rd. and the other on the Shin-Hai Rd. Shin-Hai Rd. connects directly to the Jian-Guo South-North Express Way, which in turn connects to the Jong-Shan Freeway.
