Registration

Registration for the symposium can be made through the symposium website at http://www.iams.sinica.edu.tw/frs2003/ or by sending the attached registration form by FAX or mail. Because accommodation at the Grand Hotel is limited and because each registered participant will be partially supported by funding from local sources, we can guarantee acceptance of application to only those persons who register by May 1, 2004.

The registration fee covers:

For regular and student participants, the registration fee also includes

·  entry to the scientific programs

·  one copy of the Book of Abstracts

·  one copy of the Symposium Booklet including addresses of all participants

Procedure for registration:
1.     Download the frs2003 registration form (filename = "registration form.doc") and save it in your computer.
2A.  Use Microsoft Word to fill out the registration form and save the file with the name "frs-xxxx.doc", in which xxxx is your last name
        and send the file via e-mail to  scchuang@mx.nthu.edu.tw (or press "Submit registration form") as an attachment, , or
2B.   Print the registration form and send the completed form by FAX to 886-3-5722892.
