Abstract Submission

A book of abstract containing abstracts of all orally presented invited papers and contributed posters will be distributed to all registered participants. The abstracts should be received by us no later than May 1st, 2004. An abstract should not exceed one page, typed in 1.5-line spacing on one side of a plain white paper of size A4 (210 mm × 297 mm), with top and bottom margins of 30 mm, and left and right margins of 25 mm. No page number is needed. An abstract should start with a title, followed by names of authors and their affiliations. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. Times New Roman is the preferred font type: use 14-pt bold font for the title, 12-pt italic font for affiliations, and the 12-pt plain font otherwise. Abstracts in either Microsoft Word (preferred), PDF, or postscript formats may be submitted electronically to scchuang@mx.nthu.edu.tw as an attachment or through the conference web site http://www.iams.sinica.edu.tw/frs2003/. Other formats should be printed and mailed to Y.-P. Lee. Only abstracts submitted in MS Word or PDF format can contain graphics. Acceptance of abstract will be acknowledged by electronic mail. Procedure for Abstract Submission:
1.     Prepare your abstract in Microsoft Word (preferred), PDF, or postscript formats with the name "abs-xxxx.yyy", in which xxxx is your last name and yyy is the file type (doc, pdf, or ps). 
2.     Send the file via e-mail to  scchuang@mx.nthu.edu.tw (or press "Submit Abstract") as an attachment.
