Fee for participants includes attendance in all meeting sessions, conference proceeding, tea/coffee breaks, welcome reception, and meals (including conference banquet) during the conference. There is no registration fee for accompanying persons. But they can purchase banquet tickets for $40 per person.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
All payment must be in US$ and made by bank transfer to the conference account. Attach a copy of the remittance statement which you received from your bank to the registration form.

No other forms of payment will be accepted. For information about bank transfer please inquire with your local bank.
A confirmation letter including receipt will be sent to each registrant after his/her registration form and fee are received. This confirmation letter should be presented to the registration desk at the Conference.
Request for refund will be considered only if made on or before Oct. 1, 2000. $30 will be charged on all refunds to cover costs.
ACCOMMODATION
Participants will be staying at the Academia Sinica Guest house in the Academic Activities Center of the Nankang Campus or Grand Hotel in the down town area of Taipei City. A block of rooms have been set aside until September 1, 2000. Reservation of these rooms can be done through the local organizers by completing the attached housing form and return with the registration material. Housing reservation cannot be guaranteed after Sept. 1.
